Return Window

Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@razinthreads.com within 10 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Please include your order number and item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return reaches us.
